A Slew Of Fun Events

This was at Mason and Cal's 1st birthday party!  Missy decorated it so dang cute!  The theme was "Up" and I thought this picture turned out really good of both of us.  It was so fun!  Thanks for the invite Missy and Taylor!  We LOVE your cute boys!

We carved pumpkins TWICE this year!  I guess to make up for last year when we didn't get to carve at all!  This was with Bridger, Jordan, John and Sarah.  Daniel's is the creepy slash jewish looking star and mine is the half moon that you can barely see.  Sarah's is the AMAZING witch!  She is SO talented!  Jordan made YUMMY baked pumpkin seeds and we completely enjoyed ourselves.

Believe it or not.... I got Daniel to go see NEW MOON!  Jake and Becca got us some "opening night" tickets and we both agreed that "New Moon" was way better than "Twilight,"  of course Daniel couldn't contain himself when the werewolves came out for the first time.  For some reason he thought that was hilarious.  All in all, I enjoyed it.  But then again I am a huge fan of the books.

We had THE BEST Thanksgiving!  We went to Boise and ate our hearts out as well as played with Daniels cute cousins and really relaxed.  The Whimmers were up there as well and that is always a good time.  I feel like I get to know Daniel's family on a whole new level every time we go and I really enjoy that.  This was on the way back to Provo.  Of course we had to make it back for the infamous University of Utah vs. BYU football game.  Glad we did!

Daniel got to sit up in the cockpit and he thought that it was so amazing.  The scenes that you get to see from Boise to Utah are amazing and it is just fun to learn more about planes.  Daniel has always had a secret desire to become a pilot!

Once upon a time I woke up in the morning, stretched, casually slid out of bed and headed to the bathroom.  I soon discovered that my feet were SOAKED!  I hurried back into our room and found out that our room had FLOODED!  There was a hole the size of a soft ball and water was just pouring out. So... we decided to have a camp out in our living room!  It was frustrating at first.. but then it kinda turned out to be fun.  Daniel said, and I quote:
"This is a dream to me, camping out on a mattress, watching movies with a pretty girl."
HA HA!

In the end everything was fixed and looks quite unique now.  The carpet is a different color in our room than everywhere else and the wall is patched but looks like it has a pee stain on it.  But... we are living happily ever after.

This is our fancy Christmas tree.  I say fancy because Daniel's stubborn slash frugal self decided that we didn't need to buy a tree stand.  Because it's just too expensive. lol.  So... He stuck the tree in a small container and tied the trunk to the handle and the hinge of the door with twine.  He is such a handy man huh!  It was funny because every time we watered it the tree would totally tip over and water would spill out.  So the poor tree quickly died.  Next year maybe we can afford a tree stand.

PS. Our "Pre Christmas" together was awesome.  This was right before we opened gifts from Daniel's parents.  The were so good to us.  We were sad to not see them this year.

We went to Denver for Christmas this year!  We started out the fun trip with a NUGGETS GAME!  I tried to surprise Daniel for his birthday but... I just couldn't keep my mouth shut I guess.  The Nuggets were playing the Atlanta Hawks and rocked them!  This pic was on the tram on the way to the game with my sisters (from left to right) Rachel, Anna, Leah and myself!  So FUN!

Leah and I were the ones that searched out our tickets and found an incredible deal for the seats that we got!  So.. we got to sit together in the closer seats. Leah is freaking awesome at finding deals.  Ha ha Leah wasn't quite ready for this shot but it was the best one we took.  Sorry Leah! Later this week Daniel and I went to Park Meadows Mall and ran into the BIRD MAN!

I got Daniel this Nuggets shirt so that he could officially become a fan.  He is so sweet.

We all got pedicures for each other for Christmas with the exception of my Mom and Anna.  My Mom's excuse, "They rub my legs too hard and the veracous veins hurt."  That is a legit excuse.  Anna's on the other hand, " When they touch my feet it tickles so bad I can't handle it!" HA HA HA Anna is so funny.  Oh and I am still getting over the fact that the vietnamese girls thought that I was 15!!!  What the heck!??    They thought Anna was a model and that she was the oldest.  come on!  I get that Anna looks like a Model but the oldest??  And I look 15??  Sheesh!!
